Shipping policy

Any returns must be done in person. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to return the item in person to The Office at 1200 S. Woodland St. Suite A, Visalia Ca. 93277. If in person is not an option, please email us at merch@visaliasoccer.com. Returns will not be processed because of size. All items are made to order so any returns must be because of damaged or defective product.
